By accessing or using CozyOffice (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.
2. Eligibility, Account, and Security
You must be of legal age under applicable law and capable of entering a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized account use.
3. Service Description and Changes
CozyOffice provides AI collaboration and office automation features. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services (including beta features) at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
4. Your Data and Authorization
You retain rights to data you submit or connect. You grant us permission to process that data as necessary to provide the Services. You represent that you have all required rights and consents for any data you upload or instruct us to process.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activities.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks.
- Interfere with or circumvent security controls, limits, or safeguards.
- Upload malware, spam, or harmful content that may damage the platform.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Services without authorization (except where expressly permitted by law).
6. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (for example Google and payment providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or conduct.
7. Fees, Billing, and Refunds
Paid features use one-time top-ups. Unless otherwise stated, fees are charged according to the pricing shown at purchase. You authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method. Overdue payments may result in feature restrictions or suspension. Except where required by law or expressly promised, payments are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, interfaces, trademarks, content, and underlying technology, are owned by CozyOffice or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, rent, sell, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. AI Output and Professional Advice Disclaimer
AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not legal, medical, accounting, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for review and independent judgment before relying on outputs.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to address security risks. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain in effect.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CozyOffice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where certain limitations are not allowed, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice by reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
